The Glass Ceiling Project is designed to be able to be tailored to every person’s individual needs as they transition into different work environments, whether they are just beginning work, or are transitioning into a more difficult or managerial role. The Project also grows and responds to the needs of the participants and the skillsets of the ‘Smashing People’ i.e. the Contributors.
